EngiLab offers technical support via email at
support@engilab.com.
Email support questions are normally answered within 24 hours of their
receipt.
Our engineering staff would be glad to assist you, both before
and after you purchase any product. Technical support will
also be provided to trial version users, yet priority will be
given to registered users.
Required Support Information
When sending us a support question via email, please be sure
to have the following information included:
Operating system being used (Windows 95, 98,
NT, 2000, XP etc.)
Name and version of the product being used.
Description of the problem/request.
Detailed instructions on how to reproduce the problem or an
input file as an attachment.
